Worst run business ever. They steal from you lie to u and don't care about you at all. Stay as far away as possible. A week later and I just got an email from dealerrate They steal from you lie to u and don't care about you at all. Stay as far away as possible. A week later and I just got an email from dealerrater asking me to change my review because Empire Ford had asked them to because they have resolved the issue. If robbing your customer then laughing in their face and kidnapping their vehicle is resolved then sure. Also when they did a $200 test I didn't ask for they broke my ac or my digital thermostat. I'll have my heat on and then all of a sudden the ac will kick on and go to negative 25- negative 50 degrees. Hacks and liars, clear liars as they tried saying they fixed their lies. It's not just this one time either, every time I went their for 3 years it was absolute ridiculous. They just can't run a buisness, I said I would never go back but a recall forced me to. And when they did my free recall they did some bogus diagnostic test that cost over $200. Then stole my vehicle until I paid them for bogus service Noone asked for More

Every time I buy a car with you I have a problem. Now I bought a 2023 Ford Explorer car and it turns out that for a month. And three weeks. And I have not been able to use my car. I have had a very bad experience with you. In three cars that I have bought. The sales agent once forgets the customer's name Joshua and gives very bad service which damages the image of your company. The dealership has a variety of used cars and of course large selection of new ford products. 2 issues off the bat #1) used cars are marked up $3000 dollars for down-payment or trade in. (But says in fine large selection of new ford products. 2 issues off the bat #1) used cars are marked up $3000 dollars for down-payment or trade in. (But says in fine print) #2) theres a $895 payment for documentation fee (which only states $695 also in fine print) . So right from start thats $3895 dollars added on to advertised price. So a real good deal is really just regular price. Also 1 other thing is i was told it had 2 sets of keys (fob) but after i received vehicle there was only one set . Hopefully they will program key fob for free that im buying on my own for $60 . Also im supposed to get voucher for 2 oil changes from when i brought up the up charge on doc fee . Ill see when i have to go by and get the inspection sticker done. More

They had a vehicle I could not find in my state. After driving a long way to get the vehicle I wanted, getting stuck in traffic etc. I arrived at dealership right before they closed. Not what you would normally expect from people trying to sell you something. They stayed 1-2 hours late to make my purchase happen. Overall it was a great experience. They deserve 5 stars. More

Had an 8:15 appointment for an oil change. I called at 12:30 and they said they were short techs. That my car still wasn’t in the shop. It was frustrating scheduling and an appointment for a 3 I called at 12:30 and they said they were short techs. That my car still wasn’t in the shop.
