Excellent and prompt service stopping in without an appointment for low tire air pressure with no charge. I was waiting in the waiting area for 2 hours for an oil change & tire rotation the should have only taken 30 minutes. They did not appear very busy because there was only one other person in the waiting ar change & tire rotation the should have only taken 30 minutes. They did not appear very busy because there was only one other person in the waiting area and plenty of open bays on the garage, so I no idea why it took so long! False advertising calling it “Quick Lane” service because it was anything but quick! This was my second time visiting. Thought it might be just a fluke, but both visits were extraordinarily long! More

Service department called me the day before to remind me and confirm my scheduled maintenance. Updated me throughout the day on the status of my F150, provided shuttle service, and followed up the next day and confirm my scheduled maintenance.
