Aaron was phenomenal. He was very knowledgeable in the models and was very helpful in getting us into the car that best fit us. Everyone at the dealer in the showroom was very nice. This our 2nd car we purchased from the Randy Marion family of dealerships and like the upfront pricing. Buying a car takes time. We came in and looked at the different models and Aaron was able find us the car we liked. At the time I had an appointment that I needed to make and we set up for us to come back the next day to complete the transaction. Aaron was super understanding and did not have the typical “don’t let them leave” dealer attitude. More

One of the best car buying experiences we have had as a family from the trading in 2 vehicles to purchasing process of 2 other used cars from this dealership and ending with the pick up process of the "alm family from the trading in 2 vehicles to purchasing process of 2 other used cars from this dealership and ending with the pick up process of the "almost good a new" detailing of the car and truck that we bought. THE SALES TEAM WERE ALL PROFESSIONAL. I BOUGHT A USED CAR AFTER TEST DRIVE. NO FINANCING WAS NEEDED. ALL WENT AS SMOOTH AS POSSIBLE AS FAR AS EMPLOYEE INTERACTION AND JOSH WAS VERY GOO I BOUGHT A USED CAR AFTER TEST DRIVE. NO FINANCING WAS NEEDED. ALL WENT AS SMOOTH AS POSSIBLE AS FAR AS EMPLOYEE INTERACTION AND JOSH WAS VERY GOOD AT HIS JOB. THE CAR BUYING PROCESS AT A DEALERSHIP REALLY NEEDS TO CHANGE. THIS IS TRUE WITH ALL DEALERSHIPS. IT TOOK APPROXIMATELY 3HRS TO PURCHASE AND PAY FOR A CAR THAT I SPECIFICALLY CAME TO LOOK AT. ALL THE PAPER WORK AND HIDDEN/UNNECESSARY FEES ETC THAT BUYERS MAY NOT KNOW CAN BE PROBLEMATIC FOR A LARGE PART OF CONSUMERS. ADVERTISED PRICE MOST CERTAINLY IS NOT THE FINAL PRICE OF THE VEHICLE. SAME IS TRUE FOR HOTELS ETC. MAYBE JUST AN INTERNET PRICE WAR ISSUE BUT MOST DEFINATELY IS A TURN OFF FOR BUYERS IN THE CAR MARKET.
