I contacted them three times regarding an issue. They never got back to me. I finally brought the vehicle in for a different issue and ask them to fix it then altogether it took about four months to They never got back to me. Brought my son there to buy his very first car and after one year of the engine blew up. It took Leon in his crew 4 months to get the car back to me. Never offered a loaner vehicle. Communication was very one year of the engine blew up. It took Leon in his crew 4 months to get the car back to me. Never offered a loaner vehicle. Communication was very very poor. The day we pick the car up the service light came on. We had to take it back in. that’s the day Joshua repeatedly called me a liar and argued with me outside the garage over a loaner vehicle. I would never recommend this car dealership. Their service department is terrible. I didn’t mention up above, but the first engine they put in did not work they had to put a second engine in the and all is we treated this car in with a different car dealership and have moved on, but I do want to mention the service light came back on More
