Born and raised in Fontana, CA, I’ve spent the last 10 years in the automotive industry and the past seven years with Hyundai of Palm Springs. I began my career at Big O Tires and worked my way up to becoming a full flat-rate technician with Hyundai. After a major motorcycle accident limited me physically, I discovered my true passion in becoming a Service Advisor. My background as a technician gives me strong technical insight, allowing me to translate customer concerns into clear direction for our technicians. I take pride in building long-lasting relationships with my clients and creating a service experience where they feel heard, respected, and genuinely cared for. Many customers have shared that my professionalism, empathy, and consistency are why they continue to service their vehicles with us. Outside of work, I bowl professionally with the PBA, with 17 perfect 300 games and four 800 series—a lifelong passion that continues to drive my competitive spirit.

Work was done on my car that I did not ask for. While Josh rectified this with a $20 credit on my account for future service, he did so reluctantly. I also presented a coupon for $15 off of my oil change. In spite of that and the adjustment of $20 for the tire rotation, I still paid $61.37. I do not think the coupon was applied. Had it been, my bill would have been more in line with what I have paid in the past. When I asked Josh about this, he said that he just adjusted the cost for parts by $15. I do not believe him, it seems like smoke and mirrors. I would have expected to see a line on my bill for a coupon reduction of $15, not a blind adjustment to parts. I will not deal with him again, but I will return to this dealership for service, as I have been very pleased with them and their work dating back to 2016. I would like someone from Palm Springs Hyundai to examine my bill and explain to me why I am wrong, but I just can't see it when I examine my previous bills for an oil change and filter replacement.
