I’ve spent over 15 years as a Service Advisor with Hyundai, dedicated to helping customers keep their vehicles running smoothly and ensuring they receive the best possible experience. When I’m not at work, you’ll most likely find me spending quality time with my family or enjoying the outdoors. I love off-road racing, heading out to the river, and camping whenever I get the chance. Music is always part of my day, and I never pass up a good game of basketball. They apparently don't wash cars anymore. I guess I get that, but they didn't refill the windshield washer tank either. The price goes up but the service details go down. I gave it a 3 because I combined two service visits. The first was a train wreck on the customer service front - so bad that I spoke to management.
