Had 3 recalls 1 emissions and one ABS brakes and 1 for
seat belts. I specifically requested not to have emissions update performed. Eric acknowledged my request and I turned vehicle over to service person

They contacted us 2 hrs later and said seatbelts backordered but car is available for pickup. Went to cashier and noticed that emissions was done against my request. I contacted Eric and expressed my displeasure with emissions being done because we were moving to Florida within 2 weeks and I stated that I had requested that only the ABS recall be performed. I said," isn't English a great language" and he agreed. I then said NO is in the English language. Referring to my request not to do emissions recall. Eric then said that my car is registered in CA and they had to do it. I then stated that I would not have done any recalls if I had known that information to begin with as Florida does not require that emissions recall and walked away. I've purchased several vehicles from this dealership and have never been ignored in my requests before. Very disrespectful!
