My overall experience at Friendly Ford of Las Vegas was terrible from start to finish. Starting off with the extremely terrible customer service, there was no following up/ getting back to me with any of m terrible from start to finish. Specifically speaking of employees named Josephine, Issac, Beverly and Jason. Also sales representative were false positioning themselves as a higher position when asked to speak to the manager. I will never either go back or recommend this dealership in any way. More

The longest part of the transaction was finding the right truck, they never hesitated and even took us to the over flow storage just in case there might be something there. When we decided on one of he first trucks we saw, Larry never once got impatient with us. He took the time and showed us all around the vehicle when the transaction was complete, even though it was freezing outside we were there well past closing time. More

Jo Jo worked with my via text to make sure I had all the answers I needed regarding the trade in process and purchase process.. When I arrived at the dealer John Sudol was waiting for me when I pulled up and the Focus that I picked out ready for a test drive. John made sure the car was what I was looking for and had everything on my wish list. Once the purchase process started it couldn't have gone smoother. My 2017 was just over a year old and I still owed quite a bit, however, John made sure to work with me to make my new Focus possible. I was in and out the dealer in approximately 2.5 hours start to finish. John and Friendly Ford made this the quickest, easiest and most pleasurable care buying experience I've had and I have purchased many cars.
