My overall experience at Friendly Ford of Las Vegas was terrible from start to finish. Starting off with the extremely terrible customer service, there was no following up/ getting back to me with any of m terrible from start to finish. Specifically speaking of employees named Josephine, Issac, Beverly and Jason. Also sales representative were false positioning themselves as a higher position when asked to speak to the manager. I will never either go back or recommend this dealership in any way. More

Always friendly and great service! Joseph Christensen (in Sales) reached out to us to see if we wanted to trade in our current vehicle for a new one. Hubby and I hadn't thought about it until he reached out to us. Due to my work schedule it was hard to communicate via phone. Joseph was super patient, nice and accommodating by answering all questions we had via email before setting up an appointment to meet (which helped out a lot). We are super happy that Joseph reached out to us because we ended up leaving in a brand new car! Everyone from Joseph, to his Sales Manager Jason, Floor Manager Charles and Kim in Finance were super friendly, helpful and awesome! It was also nice to see a familiar face too, Chris who is now in finance...he had sold us our first ford in 2014 and remembered us and our life story!
