I put down a deposit on a new truck and was contacted when it came in. I went down to purchase it and they added over $1200.00 of dealer pack on items like vin# eching and worthless interior and ex when it came in. I went down to purchase it and they added over $1200.00 of dealer pack on items like vin# eching and worthless interior and exterior care care along with a few other items that I did not want to be added to the truck and price. When I stated that i do not want or need the those products they said I had to buy them or no deal . I wanted to buy the truck but not the products that are no use to me. I repeated that I did not want them would not agree to the price goughing add ons. I asked if that was being forced on me i would not agree to the purchase. Beware of the price goughing tactics at this dealer ship. More

It was great! Had no plans to purchase the truck that day, We went to Friendly Ford after making an inquiry on the Internet for a new truck. They called me right back and said they had a truck which was pret We went to Friendly Ford after making an inquiry on the Internet for a new truck. They called me right back and said they had a truck which was pretty close to what I wanted. My wife and I drove there and the truck was parked ready for us to look at. We drove it around the block and decided we would take it It was not what I specified on the Internet, but was actually better and saved me some money; The salesperson, Alberto Meraz what extremely helpful and polite. He took care of everything. He made purchasing the truck a delightful experience. John Sergent in Finance had all the paperwork in order, made several positive suggestions which we took advantage of, he had us done in a very short amount of time. When we got done with the paperwork, Beto had the truck outside washed and cleaned up, full of gas ready for us to take it home. We felt it was important to do business with a local dealership and this one is only a few miles from home and we know of Friendly Ford's reputation. It was place we thought of when we decided to buy a Ford truck. We honestly had NO plans to purchase a truck, we were just looking, but they made the experience and offer so good, we brought it home. We are extremely pleased with it. More

So once I found this special car it was at Friendly Ford In Las Vegas. I contacted them via email and expressed interest in purchasing and then having them ship it to California without test driving it or seeing it in person, I work six days a week and cannot get away from work right now. I got an immediate response from Shannon and she was very helpful on the whole process and then she had Alberto call me and we did a face time meeting with the car to my satisfaction. I trusted that the car was what was said and described to me and we were able to come to a price. The CPO car was sent to me within 7 days and upon receiving the car I was very Impressed! This is my latest dream car and it is perfect. I will even buy my next car from Alberto and Friendly Ford, It truly was the best and smoothest car purchase I ever made, and Ill tell you I ve purchased many cars in my old age and from many dealers.
