I had issued with rear brakes on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. I made an appointment to drop of the vehicle on the Friday before Labor Day. When I dropped it off I had advised them that I needed the vehicle back I made an appointment to drop of the vehicle on the Friday before Labor Day. When I dropped it off I had advised them that I needed the vehicle back by the following Friday morning. I did not hear back from Kunes until the following thursday confirming that the issued was the brakes, and that they had the parts to repair. They were thorough with what work was needed and the cost. After approving the work I was advised it should be done by the following Monday. I explained again that I needed the vehicle by the following morning. They were able to get it done so I could pick it up in time. My only issue with Kunes is that when making an appointment for a standard repair such as brakes, They couldn't manage the workload to ensure that the vehicle was done in a timely manner. Other dealerships in the past have done standard brake jobs same day (If early morning drop off) or with in two business days (depending on parts). Kunes CDJR of Woodstock took them over 3 business days to look at the vehicle, and then originally wanted an additional two business days to complete the work. More
