I brought our work vehicle in for service, another issue with the ac as 11 Months ago. They said it’s fixed within a 4 days of working on it. Picked up the vehicle and then what do you know, it stopped wor with the ac as 11 Months ago. They said it’s fixed within a 4 days of working on it. Picked up the vehicle and then what do you know, it stopped working again within 24 hours. Had to bring it back. Now it’s another 4 days and they have to get a part that supposedly isn’t covered by warranty, wrong! If my daughter didn’t call to question the charge and warranty, I would’ve paid over $650 due to an error on their end. He supposedly entered the wrong part number which is a big deal. Also, I had to call multiple times for an update and left a message to have Moe call me and he never did. The communication and the lack of service from the technicians is very scary. Seems like they need to hire people that know what they’re doing bc the majority of technicians they have now don’t. More
