Extremely dissatisfied with the online representation of the vehicle. Truck was not detailed, tires were not even a matched set, the RR was new, and the other three were worn clear to the 5/32 wear bar. The the vehicle. The truck pulled hard left and I’m sure the differential didn’t like it either. Dealer told me in writing the tires were “good to go”. I had to take the car to a professional to try and restore the chrome badging with only some success. That was $280 I should not have had to spend. I also spent just shy of $1300 for the correct size set of 4 tires. For top dollar (over $36,000) I surely expected a lot more. More

Many reminders to get vehicle papers, almost 4 weeks; we were told paperwork would be waiting when vehicle was picked up, however, there were no papers. The original papers signed were dated 2023 (signed on were told paperwork would be waiting when vehicle was picked up, however, there were no papers. The original papers signed were dated 2023 (signed on 1/14/24), therefore, had to sign again electronically. Other issues also not taken care of, like registering the vehicle with Ikon; called twice to sign up vehicle, however, they said dealership did not register the vehicle, which prompted more calls to the dealership. One thing we didn't have to give a reminder was to cash our check! Had a list of questions upon picking up the vehicle, however, Jose didn't have much time for me! (Rigo was on vacation.) Have purchased many vehicles and certainly did not feel like a valued customer at this dealership. More

Jose and Henry Brown would have gotten 5 stars but when I picked up the vehicle I was rushed and wasn’t shown a lot about it. Did the welcome call with onstar and Sirius by myself.
