thier really is no reponse. I saw a car that intrested me and made an inqiry. Not receiving a response, I moved on. Later I learned the dealership was not advised of the inquiry till a week later. Like I said," I moved on" & found a car with a better price, color, & mileage I liked better. Thank you anyways.

Advertising misstatements, mistruths (claiming a vehicle advertised as "new" had over 4000 miles and was actually a loaner, unexplained reasons GM rebates not honored that were noted and validated on "get m advertised as "new" had over 4000 miles and was actually a loaner, unexplained reasons GM rebates not honored that were noted and validated on "get more rebates" form on website. No explanation of why rebates were not in addition to "sale" price. Unable to speak to manager on Duty. Salesperson was courteous and knowledgeable but only conveyed sales office options for sale which lacked transparency and answers to posed questions. Overall..I got the vehicle I wanted, however the undercover behaviors of HB sales department leaves me to judge this dealerships business ethics very dissatisfying. This was not an enjoyable experience. More

He had provided me with all the particulars on the car and had my financing all lined up because my wife has kidney can per my request on the phone.
