We purchased an old but well-maintained used car. We appreciate the Chat function on their website (we were able to make a same-day appointment right away). We also appreciate that Jose P. I told Jose that I wanted a smooth and easy transaction. Did not need the yearbook version, just the cliff notes, and he delivered. He made it quick, smooth and painless. This service department is the worst I think I’ve ever been to. They don’t bother to call the customers back when they call the dealership. They have absolutely no communication skills let a lot know how been to. They don’t bother to call the customers back when they call the dealership. They have absolutely no communication skills let a lot know how to pick up a phone and call the customer about their vehicle. My car was there from Tuesday and didn’t even get looked at until Thursday then said it would be done Friday and when I got there Friday to pick it up it still wasn’t done and didn’t even get a phone call about it. I didn’t end up getting it back until late Monday. I’m kicking myself in the xxx for even buying this vehicle at this dealership. The only reason I did was because the salesman was so nice and knew what he was talking about. Never will I buy a car here again nor refer anyone here. More
