It was a rocky beginning when we arrived and the car we wanted was sold the day before, however, I want to commend the general manager, Jesus Rosales. He actually came out to us and apologized. Such a nice man. He and another young salesman took pictures of us and had us ring the bell. Because of Jesus' leadership and personal care, we left with a brand new Nissan Rogue SV that we are absolutely in love with. He even called us a couple of days later to check on us! While we felt we were given a great deal, it was the stellar customer service that made the difference! They put people over their product.
