This dealership kept our vehicle for a full 3 weeks and did not repair the issue. They only did a tire rotation and replaced a regular battery under the hood of our KIA EV6 Wind, which had a far more serio did not repair the issue. They only did a tire rotation and replaced a regular battery under the hood of our KIA EV6 Wind, which had a far more serious issue with the main EV battery failing. The vehicle has had an issue for nearly a year of not getting the total of over 300 miles on a full charge. When I purchased the vehicle, the selling dealership showed me the specifications of getting up to 330 miles on a full charge. For the first 6 months, it did get between 325 and 330 miles on a 100% charge. After the first 6 months, the total miles starting declining drastically until it was only getting 215 to 227 miles on a full charge, and it was less than 2 years old with only about 12,000 miles on the vehicle when the issue started. I had taken the vehicle to two (2) other KIA dealerships that also did absolutely nothing but keep our vehicle for weeks. All of this was explained to the service advisor up front. He promised me that they would replace the main battery and agreed that the condition and issue happening was not normal or acceptable. Then, after 3 weeks, they did nothing but give excuses as to why they would not replace the main battery, all of which is under full warranty and under $3,500 of extended warranties that I purchased. I asked to speak to the General Manager. They put me on hold for about 30 minutes, and then come back with, "He is not available and will have to call you back." The GM and no other senior manager ever called me back, and I had to call 3 more times before I could get anyone. The Service Manager finally call me back 3 days later and started questioning me like I was stupid and knew nothing about my vehicle. He did nothing as well but waste my time. In response to another complaint, the dealership asked for me to call them "to talk about it". I am finished waiting on hold for hours and talking. If they really wanted to do the right thing, they would be calling me and solving the issue by honoring warranties that I have already paid. They have my phone number. If they do not want to do the right thing like any decent, professional business organization, then they can waste their time and money talking to state and federal investigators, my attorneys, and a federal judge in court. Therefore, legal action may soon be pending, and I am in process of filing several complaints with federal and state agencies for deceptive practices, fraud, and financial crimes. I am finished talking. It is time for action. They will get what they deserve. More

Jorge was very helpful. Once we decided to purchase the a vehicle. It took a while to head into finance. The finance division was seamless and efficient. Once complete with finance we were waiting too long to receive our new vehicle. We we told it went to detailing , but it was never washed and we didn’t receive a full tank of gas. Actually, the gas in the tank was less than 1/4 tank. We left and filled up at the neighboring WAWA. After further investigation we notice that the car mats were not in the vehicle. I called the dealership back and I was told to check the trunk. There weren’t there. We return to the dealership to get the mats. Hmmm. I was not enthused with the level of service once all our paperwork was signed. More

Me arrepiento mucho de haber comprado un vehículo en kia East. Me vendieron un vehículo dañado y lamentablemente he perdido mucho tiempo y dinero en más de 6 ocasiones que he tenido que llevar el vehículo a East. Lo único bueno fue la persona que me atendió, el Sr Joshua Fernández es una persona muy profesional, atento y hizo todo lo que estuvo en sus mano para poder ayudarme y representar a la empresa para la cual trabaja con altura. No recomendaría a nadie para que compre un vehículo en kia East. More
