I have a 22 Tundra, I am in line for the recent recall to replace the engine, I called to schedule that service and it was scheduled, I also need a set of tires, so while I was there, figured that I would get my tires done also, so I called and spoke with a nice young lady, she told me that she would inform my Service advisor and that he would call me back with tire prices and add that to the schedule! its been more then a week and NO CALL BACK, NOTHING! This isnt the first time, I was in service for an oil change and throw the App, I asked my service advisor to please contact me regarding my service appointment and again ZERO no contact! I don't know if this is the service advisor or the company, either way it shows a lack of Customer Service!

“Oh yeah our hybrid tech taught us how to check for head gasket issues with these and we confirmed that’s the problem”
I’m glad I wasted $500 for their training session. I won’t be getting either Toyota serviced there in the future
