Experience was okay getting a test drive on the vehicle. After that wasn't great. Kelvin was helping other people and rather than have one of the other sales associates help us, we had to wait for him, pr After that wasn't great. Kelvin was helping other people and rather than have one of the other sales associates help us, we had to wait for him, probably at least half an hour. When discussing the price, we came to an agreement and were told it would be about an hour to get paperwork and everything singed. Ended up being 2 1/2 hours and honestly it wasn't that busy. We also signed on an agreed price which then changed unexpected in the finance office. If we were not so tired and aggregated by that point we would have made it a bigger point to redo all the paperwork but we just wanted to be done. More
