Michaela was fantastic with her expertise of the vehicle and was most attentive to my family during the entire process. John assured me of getting the best deal regardless of what financial institution had to be dealt with. Evan (I apologize if I have the name incorrect) in finance was terrific and did his best to come in at the exact price I had in mind.
