My wife came in to see a highly recommended service rep Gary Millard, big mistake. JL was brought in because the emergency brake stopped working. After they fixed it Gary said we did it anyways but shou Gary Millard, big mistake. JL was brought in because the emergency brake stopped working. After they fixed it Gary said we did it anyways but shouldn’t have because it’s not under warranty. JL is not even 2 years old with less than 35k miles. How often does the emergency brake lever become loose and stopped working? Wear and tear hmm 🤔 Fast forward, wife inspected the Jeep upon checking out and wow looks like a kid ransack the middle console. Like scratches and gouges! So my wife brought this to Gary’s attention. He quickly said he will bring his interior trim guy. They brought the Jeep back in the shop then 30 minutes later my wife inspected the interior and looks like the interior guy just filled the middle console smh. Once again this was brought up to Gary and he replied, “It will never be perfect” and he said something about we always complain and find something to complain about. Laughable. We have only serviced our JL for free oil changes and tire rotations at Jones. I came a few days later to talk to Gary but apparently he wasn’t in that day. Absolute disgust to threat people like this. I’m sure if it was a man as a customer, Gary wouldn’t be talking to my wife that way. Manager, feel free to message me so we can talk. More

My previous service center of 25 years recently closed. So I began looking for a new center that provided quality service and treated me as a neighbor and not just as a customer. Jones has shown over the So I began looking for a new center that provided quality service and treated me as a neighbor and not just as a customer. Jones has shown over the last year that they can fit that bill and Gary has become my new service writer "for life". He has always called when something unusual has been identified during a service visit but never pressures me into having to have the work done (unless it relates to a safty concern). For postponed recommended work, he leaves a running list at the bottom of my invoices as a reminder of the work to be completed. I believe that we have developed an optimal working and trusting relationship which is very important between customer and service center. More

I have bought three GMC vehicles at this dealership and have used its service department for their repairs. I have been satisfied with the work that has been done. Dealerships tend to charge more for ser have used its service department for their repairs. I have been satisfied with the work that has been done. With the purchase of my last GMC, Jones provided free oil changes for life. More
