I walked into the dealership undecided about the sort of vehicle I wanted, but I knew I wanted something fun and practical, so I thought I'd look at the Jeep Wrangler. I'd gotten a lesson in driving a manu vehicle I wanted, but I knew I wanted something fun and practical, so I thought I'd look at the Jeep Wrangler. I'd gotten a lesson in driving a manual transmission and thought it was good fun, but I wasn't comfortable test driving a car with a manual. Michaela was very friendly and drove me to a parking lot so that I could try out the manual without fear of traffic. In the end I didn't buy a Wrangler (though it was a close call) because it wasn't quite practical enough for my needs, but the vehicle was great and the salesperson did a good job selling it. The dealership itself has a lot going for it as well--free oil changes, car washes, etc. Definitely recommended if you're looking for a car. * Note: I ended up with a Subaru from the same overall dealership but in a different building--Jones is very large! What a wonderful experience! I've had a 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee that I bought new for the past 12 years, and I loved it. In an attempt to get better gas mileage and a smaller Jeep, I bought the Patriot S Cherokee that I bought new for the past 12 years, and I loved it. In an attempt to get better gas mileage and a smaller Jeep, I bought the Patriot Sport. It's beautiful, and the people who work at Jones also made the experience of buying it beautiful. The financial advisor was funny and knowing, and Michaela was incredibly pleasant. Jones worked with me to get the price down to what I could live with, and I ended up with many more options than I'd originally expected. This is my third Jones car over the last thirty years, and this one is my favorite. This sales experience was also the best. Friendly, courteous, non-pushy people are a pleasure to work with. The next time I buy a car (in about ten years), I'll be back. More
