I had an amazing experience buying my first car thanks to John Medrano and Jose Hernandez! I was a little nervous in going to the dealership because of past experience, but John and Jose really made me fee John Medrano and Jose Hernandez! I was a little nervous in going to the dealership because of past experience, but John and Jose really made me feel comfortable. They both new their information very well and were able to answer all my questions. They also made sure I knew what I was getting and what worked for me the most. What I really loved about them was the fact that they were looking out for MY best interest. They were not pushy by any means, but just genuine, which I really appreciated. I am in love with my Honda Accord Sports mode and I'm looking forward to buy another car from them!! I would definitely recommend this dealership to everyone. More

John is a very straight-forward young man with a big smile, lots of enthusiasm and potential. I would like to emphasize "straight forward" here, as this is not a common trait you find amongst car dealer smile, lots of enthusiasm and potential. I would like to emphasize "straight forward" here, as this is not a common trait you find amongst car dealers. I did some research before the purchase and visited other dealers. I dropped by this dealership because of its proximity to where I live and price point. And I hit jackpot with John. I got everything I wanted--honesty, productivity and great pricing--and then some--two free oil changes. I would definitely send my friends his way. Thanks John, for making it so easy. More

John Medrano is a gem! He is sweet, sincere, and attentive to the customer's needs. Rather than being pushy, he listened to what I wanted and worked on my behalf. He gave me all the time I needed to make a decision and was there for me every step of the way. From taking the car (a spanking new CR-V) for a test drive, through the entire process (including negotiating), until I left the dealership with my new car, John could not have been a better person to deal with. On the one occasion that he was not able to keep an appt., he called me to let me know and even offered to come in on his day off to accommodate me! Each time we met he offered me coffee and/or a soda. The whole experience was extremely comfortable. I highly recommend John Medrano and DCH Paramus Honda! You will not be disappointed! Avram H. We leased a Honda Accord 2013 on 1/2/13. Our experience was very pleasing and we were impressed by the way John Medrano made sure that the whole process went smoothly for us. He seemed to love his job was very pleasing and we were impressed by the way John Medrano made sure that the whole process went smoothly for us. He seemed to love his job, and went out of the way to help with all the questions that we had. He also waited after his office hours to make sure that we understood the bluetooth & the other features before we drove off with our new car. Harshil Patel and John Medrano helped me alot to find me the Honda I wanted. They answered every question I had and without any second thought I made my decision to buy my new accord. Visited the dealership earlier and this has to be the easiest and most hassle free experience I ever had at a dealership. As most online car shopper, I shopped around online and called multiple dealershi easiest and most hassle free experience I ever had at a dealership. As most online car shopper, I shopped around online and called multiple dealerships to get pricing. Most of them gave a either high pricing or insisted their manager is capable of getting lower price but only if I drop in, do these people not know why we shop online in the first place? Called DCH Paramus Friday night and John immediately gave me a price, he even gave me OTD price so I know exactly what to expect when I come in. With the low price and straight forward talk from John, I was convinced to come in. Came in Saturday and met John, he went over everything that was needed to be done. For the first time ever, I did not feel like I was in a dealership buying car, no haggling, no tricks, nothing, what was mentioned over the phone was honored. I salute the management of DCH, your style of management and how you treat customers will no doubt earn my future business and many more customers I'm sure. If there's any negative from this experience, it was the long wait. The place had over a hundred people in there that day, can't really blame them on that. John even offered us sandwiches since we've been waiting for so long, even with more customers waiting, I never felt getting rushed. Bottom line - If you want to buy a car without the hassle of dealing with traditional salesman tactics, this is the place to go. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This is an update 6 months after my purchase of a 2013 Honda CRV. Nothing has changed about the sales experience, it was great. What is bothering me is the after sales experience. When I initially purchased the vehicle, I had the crossbar and door edge guard option added. I was told to come in on a weekday to have the parts installed since they do not install parts on weekends. This was ok, so I called John and set up a date for the installation. Problem was they did not have the parts for door edge guard in stock when I brought the car. How can they sell you something and not have the parts ready, or even a heads up courtesy to let me know it's not available so I wouldn't waste a trip, and I live 50 miles away. Since I live so far away so I planned to contact John when I know I'll make a trip to the area. This is what really bother me here, each time I called, I'm either unable to reach John, or getting placed on hold by the service department and nobody would respond. Six months later, my door edge guard is still not installed. Summary: Sales is top notch, Service or communication between sales and Service Department is lousy, follow up after sales especially if you have already paid for something is NON-EXISTING. More

John Medrano was AMAZING! I came in just to look around for new cars and planned to check out other dealers like Toyota, Hyundai, etc. with no intention of buying a car on the spot. However, John made me an offer that was unbelievable and I am still shocked to this day. I had TERRIBLE experience at a Toyota dealership with all the LONG wait and disrespectful attitude. At DCH Paramus Honda, I took 3 steps away from my old car and I was already welcomed with an amazing attitude from John and no wait. I never thought I would come out of a dealership feeling trust towards a dealer. John worked fast and was very thorough during each step of the process. Even took the time to show me all the little things that I could do with the car after he already handed me the keys. He didn't ditch me for another sale after being finished with me, he stayed with me to make sure all my questions were answered, even the ones I didn't think to ask. This experience was very unexpected and I look forward to buying my next Honda here; I only hope that John will still be around in the future so that he can be the one to take me through the process all over again! More

I wanted to take time out of my busy schedule to write you a short note of thanks and appreciation for taking such good care of us on our visit this past weekend. I have been to many dealership you a short note of thanks and appreciation for taking such good care of us on our visit this past weekend. I have been to many dealerships in the past few months and none have been able to deliver what they promised, except for you and your dealership. As you know my wife was fairly particular on what she needed and had financial constraints to deal with as well and you were able to complete the deal. We drove the car from the dealership to our vacation spot and it was a great experience. The Oddossey has quite a bit to offer and rides beautifully. Thank you again for going out of your way and making it all happen, as it is rare that there are still individuals like yourself who are dedicated enough to the customer’s needs.
