As you know my wife was fairly particular on what she needed and had financial constraints to deal with as well and you were able to complete the deal. We drove the car from the dealership to our vacation spot and it was a great experience. The Oddossey has quite a bit to offer and rides beautifully. We went in with a price we wanted. We're clear and upfront and were approached in a very clear and upfront manner from John. Best car purchasing experience we have ever had. Jon Medrano went above and beyond. Not only did he know about the vehicles in which we were interested, but he had an awareness and appreciation of our Medrano went above and beyond. This is the best dealer of which 7 others that i shopped for my new 2012 Honda Pilot. Also, John Medrano is the BEST sales consultant that I met with and I rate him as a very good sales man with lots of goo for my new 2012 Honda Pilot. Few other sales person were not polite and got frustrated when i pressed them more on negotiation but John is very patient and always wanted to cut the deal both in favor of customer and DCH which i liked it. I should mention about Ruben - Finance Manager as well, he is also very customer friendly and helped to get finance for my pilot. Overall, I had great buying experience with DCH paramus Honda with good price and happy about it. More
