WOW: 10 out of 10, YES for Phil Falzarano and John Lazor. THESE are the two gentlemen you should speak with. This was my first GREAT end to end car buying experience. Phil and John were personable, professio THESE are the two gentlemen you should speak with. This was my first GREAT end to end car buying experience. Phil and John were personable, professional, responsive, knowledgeable, kind, trustworthy and just two great people to work with. They made all the difference. June of 2025 was my first GREAT end-to-end car buying experience taking place at Naples Mazda due to Phil and John. PHIL and JOHN were the bottom-line for us to purchase our 4th Mazda and I will drive 175 miles for my next purchase from Phil and John. I also wanted to mention Mike in finance and Scott the Sales Manager, another great experience. It was a great team effort in meeting each of you. 1) i have a CX-9 but was given CX-90 floor mats that don’t fit. And it says “CX-90 on them. 2) the dealership never removed the parking sticker glue on the door panel that came with the car 😡!! All the money I’m paying for the car, I should have been a proper car care! Not happy at all. And Mr. Razor knew this but dropped off my car and ran. Knowing he 100% gave me the wrong floor mats! I did not work with John but he did help with our test drive while Phil was busy—my salesperson was Phil. I contacted over 200 dealerships in search of the best price, and Phil was easily in the top 5 ove drive while Phil was busy—my salesperson was Phil. I contacted over 200 dealerships in search of the best price, and Phil was easily in the top 5 overall. He was efficient, respectful of our time, and genuinely personable—not in a forced or fake way. Just a truly good person. Unfortunately, our experience with Kat, the finance manager’s assistant, almost made us walk out. She came across as dry and repeatedly tried to upsell us on a package we had clearly declined multiple times. What pushed us over the edge was that I explicitly stated we did not want our credit run multiple times and had already identified the bank we wanted to finance through. Despite this, Kat ran our credit five times without our consent. We had run multiple financial calculators ourselves and found major discrepancies in the numbers she presented. At one point, she gave us a monthly payment that included a hidden increase to our previously agreed-upon out-the-door price. When we asked to see her screen or DMS, she initially refused. Only after we insisted did she “magically” present a corrected monthly payment—one that aligned with our own calculations based on our agreed APR. Due to this experience, I would not recommend this Mazda dealership to anyone as long as Kat is involved in the financing process. Thankfully, another finance manager stepped in to help us. We don’t remember his name(He was the one who attended Saint Leo), but his office was the one to the far left of Kat’s. He was excellent—transparent, respectful, and professional. More
