I happened to be looking at a use Silverado online and decided to come in to look at it, thanks to the courtesy call from John Lane. Once onsite I was disappointed to find that that vehicle was not going decided to come in to look at it, thanks to the courtesy call from John Lane. Once onsite I was disappointed to find that that vehicle was not going to work for me and my family. Walter took a lot of time (in spite of the showroom being very busy) to find out exactly what we needed. Allowed for multiple test drives and kept a fun but professional attitude the whole time regardless of how "difficult" we may have been with our decision making. He was knowledgeable about each truck we looked at and advised according to our needs and requests. Our positive experiences with Walter this past few days has created more than just a long term customer relationship with Colonial, but we will send any recommendation to our friends and family to "go see Walter" if they are looking for a new vehicle . It would be difficult to single out one person from this dealership that made the experience so good. Several members of the sales team got involved to make sure everything went smoothly, efficiently and quick! Everything from the price, to the things they promised and two members from the service department that took the time to review the complex features of the truck was better than expected. They have that small town dealership feel that blows away the monster dealerships. I highly recommend them. More
