A few weeks ago while my husband was there to get an oil change on his car. He was told that he needed a new battery. And it would cost around 200. He made an appointment and was at the dealership this past change on his car. He was told that he needed a new battery. And it would cost around 200. He made an appointment and was at the dealership this past Saturday morning. He was told told that It would cost around 350. Which is it?? His time was wasted. And the drive was an hour away. He thought that it would cost him around 200. This is why he chose to go back to the dealership. We bought our car there. We always go there to get our oil change done. We never had issues. More

I had a terrible experience, needing to return numerous times to have things put back that were not after the initial repair, fixed, or replaced. I had to bring my car in an additional 4 times for repairs times to have things put back that were not after the initial repair, fixed, or replaced. I had to bring my car in an additional 4 times for repairs because things were not secured or done properly the first time. I was comped for gas and spoke to managers but have never had such poor service done on my car with the lack of detail and ensuring things are done correctly and the issue is fixed by the mechanics.
