My 2005 Tacoma (purchased from John (the sales manager) in 2006) went in for some regular maintenance and they recommended some additional important r My 2005 Tacoma (purchased from John (the sales manager) in 2006) went in for some regular maintenance and they recommended some additional important repairs. They took the time to show me what was needed and did the repair quickly and correctly. There was an unexpected problem that occurred with the brake booster after the regular repairs, and this is where they went above and beyond the call of duty. They fixed the brake booster without hesitating and test drove the car several times to be sure the brakes worked properly. I really appreciated their attention to detail, and how well they did the repairs. I've dealt with many of the service people there (Nicole, Ryan, Natalie and other) and they have all been excellent. This particular instance Jason (the service manager) stepped forward and took the lead on the important brake booster repair. He made sure to communicate with me to make sure I knew what was going on and when the repairs would be complete. Thanks to all the Toyota Service Team!! More
