Short and simple I went to the dealership to try out a car I had already pretty much decided on, so the kind of help I was looking for was very specific. John Hicks promptly assisted me when I arrived, wasn't pushy, facilitated everything that I needed, and was a generally nice person throughout the process. I test drove and left, saying I would take some time to make up my mind. I ended up coming back that same night because I didn't want to lose the car, and, with almost no notice, John, Jim Walker, and the rest of the Criswell staff dealt with us patiently and professionally well past the closing time of the dealership, helped me with getting a good deal, and for that I am very grateful. More

We also appreciated Andy Russo's efforts to complete the purchase. Gary Graves quickly scheduled us for the Cilajet application immediately after we purchased the car and ensured it would be completed to meet our needs. We have appreciated our first experience with Criswell and look forward to servicing the car there. More

Horrible Customer Service We went to Criswell Honda to look at a Pilot. We were approached by John when we walked into the showroom. We explained what we were interested in and We went to Criswell Honda to look at a Pilot. We were approached by John when we walked into the showroom. We explained what we were interested in and he proceeded to tell us there were some out on the lot we could look at. I explained I was mostly interested in looking inside to get a sense of how big the car is. John pointed outside and told us to take a look. We walked outside and he stayed inside! We thought ok maybe the car will be open, nope, locked. We went straight to our car and left. The customer service that Criswell advertises was non existent for us. I sent a follow up email to the General Sales Manager to express our disgust and got NO response. Would not ever recommend this dealership! More

Straight forward business I like to do business quick and efficient. John offered those services and beyond. Nowadays you can do business via technology and most dealerships I like to do business quick and efficient. John offered those services and beyond. Nowadays you can do business via technology and most dealerships insist you come in and waste time. Whether its negotiating or traveling to the dealerships time is money. He was able to beat prices around the DC metro area and was able to negotiate over email/text/phone and had no problem giving real prices unlike most local dealerships. I was able to get my car under 48 hours. John is a USAA certified dealer and supports VETS and current military members. I highly recommend him and will look forward to doing business with him in the future. More

At Criswell, we met with John Hicks promptly upon walking in. We told him what we wanted and that we didn't want to play games. We asked for his best price first and told him we'd shop around. We were given a good price that was lower than we expected based on our research. After some more research, we requested a quote on a slightly different vehicle over the phone and he came back with another good price immediately. We bought the second vehicle within hours. They took our trade and Andy made quick time with the paperwork, even transferred my plates to the new vehicle, saving me a trip to the DMV. We walked out with a new vehicle and nothing to do but alert our insurance. In short, Criswell respected our time, words, and intelligence. This should be standard, but it's not as evidenced by another dealer who would not give us a quote online or over the phone, even on a specific vehicle they had in inventory. They made us go into the dealership only to tell us they wouldn't give us a quote unless we shared our Criswell quote with them. We refused, thinking we were calling their bluff, but it was no bluff. We walked out without a quote. Criswell knows how to treat people and do business. I recommend them highly. More

John Hicks showed me all the features of the car without sounding like a stereotypical used-car salesman. I really appreciated his down-to-earth attitude as I was nervous buying my first car. Jessica Baum clearly explained my financing options and went out of her way to sell a warranty catered to me. They showed tremendous patience when my insurance took longer than expected, and stayed hours after the dealership closed to finish the deal. John even waited for me to finish financing to help me connect my phone to the car. I would definitely recommend Criswell if I hear a friend is in the market for a new car. More
