I am very passionate about being a Shriner, with an emphasis in my association with the Mercy shoe fund of the Chattanooga Scottish Rite. This local chapter provides new shoes to children who need them. I am also active with the Knight Templar Eye Foundation. Before the sale was very good, great communication. After sale, not so much. I bought a used 2015 Mustang GT. They sold me the extended warranty. I now have issues with the car and can't get anyone to After sale, not so much. I bought a used 2015 Mustang GT. They sold me the extended warranty. I now have issues with the car and can't get anyone to call be back. Other dealers told me they will not honor the warranty because the car has been modified. I bought it that way, I did not modify it. Other dealer told me to contact Mtn. View Ford to see if they will honor the warranty since they sold it to me. I have called several times, I have talked to my salesman, John "Deere" Green, with no luck as of yet. Hopefully after this posts someone will call me back. More

Seemed to be disorganized . Could not answer all our questions. We would have liked a thorough explanation if how everything worked in the vehicle. The front passenger seat has stains on it and the car needed a good cleaning on interior. The buying pricess seemed very long. Finance guy was very good and knowledgeable. The salesman John from Ford dealership was very helpful. First time buying a luxury vehicle and it didn’t feel very upscale in the process. We got a good deal and was very happy anout that. More
