He started in the parts department as a parts advisor, from there he became the Parts Manager for several years, and today he is our Service Director overseeing both the Service and Parts departments. He has a strong love for technology, rc cars, and all things computers. His natural knack for fixing things quickly gave him the role of the dealership's IT support, also.

Such good communication from service which helped set the right expectations. Was thinking I needed new brakes but they ended up just applying lube and they no longer squeak.
