I just took my 2010 Honda Accord home today and I am totally satisfied with this dealership and particulay with this salesperson. He put me totally at ease throughout this experience. I'm 55 years old and I've dealt with quite a few dealerships and salespeople in my life and I must say that I will definitely recommend to anyone I know to go here and see John if they are in the market for a car. He gave me absolutely "No Pressure", "No Double Talk", "No Running Back and Forth to the Manager", and he explained so many things to me that I actually learned quite a bit about Honda's and that's real big with me. I traded in a 2001 Honda Accord which I've driven for the past 9 years and I learned things about that car that I didn't even know it had. He explained every button, 1 by 1, in my new car and made sure I really understood how to use them and I appreciate the time he gave to me. I can't tell you what a great deal he gave me on my trade in. I've had my 2001 Accord at this dealership for service a couple times in the past and I actually like thier service department. So I already know that in the future if I need service what to expect. Again, I am totally satisfied with the Service, Quality of Work, Friendliness, Warmth, and Courtesy, Overall Experience, and the Price was fantastic. I must admit that I did add a few extras that I knew I wanted ahead of time like GuidePoint and Extra Tire Coverage which added to the "Awesome Sale" John had given me. We were in a sticky situation where we bought our new CR-V from Honda Cars of Boston but wanted to register it in Louisiana. With the Massachusetts law not allowing one to drive a new car off the lot wi CR-V from Honda Cars of Boston but wanted to register it in Louisiana. With the Massachusetts law not allowing one to drive a new car off the lot without registration, John Fitzpatrick and John Mancini bent over backwards to help us get the paperwork processed such that we could be on the road. Some dealerships can't even spell the word customer. Honda Cars of Boston not only know how to spell it, the know it begins with a capital "C"ustomer. More

All I have to say is John is the most helping and informitive Salesman I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Purchasing a new car was always a headache for me as I could never stand the pushy sales people. I always found they either attacked you as soon as you put your foot on the lot or they ignored you compl could never stand the pushy sales people. I always found they either attacked you as soon as you put your foot on the lot or they ignored you completely. Not the case when I met John. He made me feel like he was truly interested in finding me what I really wanted and not just out to "make a buck". He was friendly, informative, patient and even stayed late so I would not have to be inconveinced by coming back the next morning to finish up paperwork. John is truly professional. I have a ten year old son who is very inquisitive and I have never seen any sales person respond to him like John did. John didn't ignore my son, he took the time and answered all his questions and never once seemed annoyed! This definately takes a certain quality in a person. It is rear you get the cusomer service that he provided. Never in the past had I received a call inquiring how my new car was running, was I satisfied, did I have any questions and the assurance that if I had any problem or questions to be sure and call him. He called three or four times, left messages, until he finally reached me in person. This was truly a new experience. I can hardly wait to buy another new car and hope that he is there when I do. Thanks John for a great experience!!! More

I recently leased a 2009 Honda CRV from Honda Cars of Boston. The sales person was John Fitzpatrick. I have purchased many cars from many dealerships and I have to say Honda Cars of Boston is the best. M Boston. The sales person was John Fitzpatrick. I have purchased many cars from many dealerships and I have to say Honda Cars of Boston is the best. My wife and I are very happy with the Honda CRV. We looked at many Cars in this class (Chevy Equinox, Mits Outlander, Nissan Rogue) and none could compare to the ride or roomenss of the Honda CRV. John even guaranteed a black CRV with black leather interior. We also took advantage of the Cash for Clunkers program and the dealership was very easy to deal with. This is the second vehicle I have got from Honda Cars of Boston and I will go no where else or waste time anywhere else when I purchase or lease my next vehicle. More

My mother and I had originally gone to Honda Cars of Boston for her new car and were right away impressed with John's salesmanship. We didn't end up buying from him but when it came time to buy my own c Boston for her new car and were right away impressed with John's salesmanship. We didn't end up buying from him but when it came time to buy my own car we knew exactly where to go. We're generally gullible saps and almost went with an offbeat Motel strip used car lot, but thought we'd visit John before deciding for sure. Very glad we did. John helped us out and sympathized right away with us but getting the car from him wasn't what impressed us. When we came back to pick up the car, my mother wasn't feeling well and we were constantly getting back and forth service from everyone around us except John. He was there to kick everyone in the pants while at the same time looking out for us while we were there. I voted 4s and 5s from the overall dealership but if I was just giving numbers to John it'd be all 6s! hands down. More

I was looking for a Civic EX-L Navi as part of the Cash for Clunkers. I received an initial quote from the internet manager - Rob Giovannucci. The quote was nothing amazing - but in line with the quotes f for Clunkers. I received an initial quote from the internet manager - Rob Giovannucci. The quote was nothing amazing - but in line with the quotes from other dealers. I went to visit Honda Cars of Boston first because they were the first ones to respond to my request - and they were the closest to the soccer practice that I was taking my daughter. We met John Fitzpatrick - and he was very friendly and informative with regards to the car and immediately took us for a test drive. I told him upfront that I was not going to negotiate a price until I had visited several other local dealers. There was no pressure - and John simply requested that I visit him again and he will do his best to beat any offer. I was impressed with the "no pressure" - even though I could see in John's eyes that he never expected to see me again. I shopped around at the other dealerships - some were good - and some were not so good. I got - what I thought was a sweet deal from another dealership... but as I originally promised John - I came back to give them the last shot. They ended up beating the price from the other dealer's "sweet" deal. Now came the tough part - locating a car. Due to the Cash for Clunkers program - the Honda Civic was a very popular car and the trim I was looking for was tough to find (I confirmed this with a lot of phone calls). John had the trim I wanted in stock - but I did not want the black color. Any color except black or white was acceptable. The only negative experience I had was some inattention to detail. Since I knew that it would be very tough to locate the EX-L Navi in something other than black or white... I told John that the leather was not as important to me as the Navi - therefore I would accept an EX Navi (he wrote this down). A couple of days later I got a call from John saying they located an EX-L without the Navi and he wanted me to close the deal. I had to re-explain that I wanted the Navi - and did not care about the leather. Not much later - he called back with the car I was looking for. In John's defense - the dealership has been going crazy with customers due to the Cash for Clunkers. I picked up the car the other night and love it. But didn't realize until the next morning that the remote starter that I ordered as an "add-on" (ordered from Doug, not John) was not installed. I am not sure who to blame for that one - somewhere along the line there was miscommunication. Again - inattention to detail. John was apologetic and offered to have someone install it at my home. It was better for me to take it in to their service department - which I did yesterday. The Service Department was expecting me and were friendly and courteous. And I even got a shuttle ride to the T. Bottom line - I had a very good experience with the dealership. It wasn't perfect - but if you expect perfection you are setting yourself up for disappointment. Obviously - I needed be my own advocate and keep on top of the details. Throughout the whole process - John kept an open communication (phone and email) which I appreciated. Even after the deal was closed and it came time to pick up the car - John never rushed us through; even though there were other potential customers coming through the door. I will definitely recommend this dealership (and John!) to friends and family. More
