I went in last Monday with my daughter to return my car. I met with a salesman, John Fitzpatrick, who was fantastic. He showed me the new 2010 Accords, I picked the one I wanted and started the process to purchase the car. I could not believe how smoothly things went. John was extremely personable, informative without being pushy and aggressive. He got me the car I wanted with the price I wanted to pay. I had anticipated going to a couple of Hondas to be finally happy with my purchase, that was not the case. I literally was back the next day to pick up my car. John came out and went over every detail to explain all the features on the car, gave me his card and said do not hesitate to contact him with any questions and concerns. While I was there my daughter said she was going to take a look at used cars. She too found a car she wanted and John also took good care of her. She was very happy with her purchase along with the extended warranty she purchased. This is second time I purchased a Honda from the Everett location; my first Honda was from Cambridge. I would continue to go to this location and also refer friends and family here. Along with the great service from John I have to say your service department in Everett is also fantastic. I get my car in and out and never have I been there for longer than they tell me. I recently went in with my last car for a 20,000 checkup and half expected it to be an all day event; I was out in less that an hour and a half. All of the staff are great and helpful. I had a great experience at Honda Care of Boston. I went looking to see if they had any cars New or Used that were in my Price range (no more than $15,000.) I had researched and was thinking about buying a looking to see if they had any cars New or Used that were in my Price range (no more than $15,000.) I had researched and was thinking about buying a Honda Civic. When I met with John, I told him exactly what monthly payment I could afford and he was able to show me cars that I could potentially afford. Although it didn't appear that my budget would allow me to purchase a Civic, he worked out a great deal for me to purchase a 2009 Toyota Corolla that they had in stock. He was able to work quickly to get me a great price on my trade in vehicle, a monthly payment within my budget for the new car, and an extended warranty so that I could feel secure in buying the car. The dealership was able to process all the paperwork quickly, professionally, and get the new car on the road in a day. I would definitely recommend John Fitzpatrick and Honda Cars of Boston to anyone. More
