I had a specific request for make and model with added features and my sales manager, Nick Lichaa, didn't disappoint me. He was in constant contact with me until the car was ready and made the experience so simple. I arrived at the dealership at a designated time, Nick came out to greet me and then brought me in to sign the paper work. His client advisor, John Cheung, was completely prepared and had me out of there in minutes. They observed social distancing and made the whole experience enjoyable and pleasant. Nick is a great sales manager and worked with me to ensure I got exactly what I wanted. John did a perfect job of delivering the care, reviewing the features, and following-up with me afterwards to see if I had questions or needed anything else.
