Aside from superior knowledge he is easy to talk to and not pushy in anyway. He found the Exact vehicle we wanted in a matter of minutes. We told him the price we wanted to put down and amount per month and he made it happen. A lot of dealerships have the manager come talk to you and say "I'm not making any money on this deal I can't go any lower " not at this dealership. You get treated like a human being not just another walking talking commission. We went to 6 different dealerships from tesla to land Rover and within minutes of sitting and talking to John we knew this was going to be our place. Our household was a lexus household for 10 years but John and the great team at BMW of freehold including Dori,Dani and Lichaa are the reason we are now BMW people and plan to be for a long long time.
