John knew what I could afford, but more importantly what I needed in a vehicle to make me feel safe and secure yet know it was still a luxury vehicle. The buying process was seamless. John has a no pressure, what can I do to make this work, attitude. The purchase process was quick and easy. No stress or anxiety. I picked up my baby the next day and again, John spent a great deal of time going over every question I had about technology, and the vehicle’s functions.
