I have been taking my car into servicing with BMW of Freehold for almost 2 years. This was my first for buying a new car through their sales department. We were introduced to John Cheung as our sales re Freehold for almost 2 years. This was my first for buying a new car through their sales department. We were introduced to John Cheung as our sales representative. He was a breath of fresh air after a few unsavory experiences at a few other BMW dealerships. Car dealerships and car salesmen get a bad reputation. However, working with John dispelled a lot of those stereotypes. He was friendly, responsive and most importantly, listened to what I wanted in a car and where I stood with my budget. I strongly recommend John as both a car salesman and a friend, someone who I will be buying from (if he still works at BMW Freehold) for a long time. People like John make BMW, the ultimate driving machine. More

He was very courteous, respectful and patient. He understood our requirements. He went over the functions of all the technical aspects of the car when we took the delivery and told us to call him if we needed any more information. This was very reassuring at our age.
