Best experience I have ever had!!!!! Salesman John "JC" Castillo has to be one of the best out there. At no time did he push the sale on me. He took the time and pulled 2 vehicles out for me and put them side by side and went over the difference between the two. After deciding which vehicle he was able to locate the vehicle with the package and options in it and have it transfered to his store the same day. JC also ask me where I wanted to be with my payments. He has able to stay in my price range with my monthly payments. Even after sitting down with the Finance Manager Ed Mendez my payments did not change at all. This was such a great experience and I recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to buy it off of JC. More

J.C.(John Castillo) was friendly, knowledgeable, honest and I believe provided the BEST lease deal. He worked hard to make sure we were happy with not only the vehicle but with the payments. Went over and beyond with his time, never felt rushed, even though they were minutes from closing and just made the whole process easy and painless. Well painless as it could be when you are spending money. Finally Eddy who handles the financial end of it, signing the papers etc. was another real pleasure to deal with. Had patience with all my questions, which he answered in detail and made sure I understood before leaving. These three employees need to be recognized for their outstanding service. More
