This was the second time in a little less than 2 years in which we purchased a new Jeep with John Castillo as our sales rep and would highly recommend him to others. When we pulled into the dealership this which we purchased a new Jeep with John Castillo as our sales rep and would highly recommend him to others. When we pulled into the dealership this second time around, he recognized us and immediately came out to greet us. As always, he was extremely courteous and took great care of us. With his help and expertise, we were able to take my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee and trade it in for a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited which I absolutely love. He was patient and took the time needed to explain everything in detail and we left that day with a brand new car. Thank you John and when we're ready for our next car in a few more years we'll see you then!! More
