Stole my car alarm system. Removed it without permission.Or approval... Conor Egan thought it was funny. Now I still can't get an extra set of keys made. This company has royally screwed me over.Can't even get warranty work done on my car. Go to any other Toyota.Except for roseville , toyota , they are owned by lithia motors. My entire family has bought cars from here no longer the case after ownership changed. THEY WILL NOT HONOR WARRANTY WORK. and will destroy your vehicle for bringing it in for work. More

Very deceptive was lied to about a second key that came with the car I purchased. after months of waiting and given the run around I was told there is no key.
