We wanted to test drive other vehicles from other manufacturers before committing, and John was very honest with the pluses and minuses. We scheduled a follow-up appointment with John later that day, and he was unavailable to work with us. However, instead of having to wait for John to become available, he passed us to Andres who was equally a pleasure to work with. Andres helped us with choosing the exact car we wanted as well as financing options. He also took the time to ensure that we understood how to use all of the features and functions of the new vehicle. Brendan in the Finance department was also solid. All around a great experience. I told him what I was interested in looking at, and he proved to be an excellent listener with absolutely no "pushiness" on his side. He was very good at showing me all the details of each car, and once I made my decision, I felt 100% confident about my decision in my vehicle selection (a certified pre-owned 2016 Jetta). Instead of feeling patronized or pressured (like I had experienced years ago), I totally enjoyed my experience with the entire process and transaction.
