Salesperson great, finance felt rushed to sign papers and errors made. There was an error on charging me for registration when I had already paid it. She told me I could NOT buy it through my insurance company which I have been. I was also surprised my credit was run 3 times to get a loan. I would have like to have been informed of that. At end of sale, I was handed my New sticker registration in plastic and walked out. I went back in to know what to do with it. The nice service lady put it on my windshield. I think better service would have been to be walked out snd that done for me. But salesperson was terrific- quick and matched my loan offer which was amazing. ** prior to all this... Last week I spoke to another finance person on the phone. We set 2/19 for me to come in and buy the car. I called to come in and found out he was off for the day- no call to reschedule.
