I couldn't be happier with the service provided by Newins Ford. From the first phone call, to the signing of the completed work order. Everyone was so nice and accomidating. I also felt safe and satisfied by the cleanliness of the service area, and the way I was separated and greeted by the service manager and technician coming out to greet me. That meant a lot to me in these crazy covid times. Every thing was clearly explained to me in terms I could understand. Bravo to Newins Ford. You really are what customer service is all about. More
