This dealership does not care about their customers. Once they get the sale you’re pretty much not important anymore. The service department is even worse. They did not reset my tires after rotation which resulted in me almost having an accident and then took zero accountability when I brought it to their attention. I would never buy a car from here again. The service was bad but the car was even worse. Less than 6 months I began to have countless issues. With tires, breaks, and my check engine light turned on as well. But General Motors decided on their own that this didn’t pose any safety issues. Please don’t buy a car here. Overall experience was great, took my truck in for an oil change and also to get the transmission checked out as it’s been shifting hard on the lower gears. Got Joe as a service advisor and he was awesome. T change and also to get the transmission checked out as it’s been shifting hard on the lower gears. Got Joe as a service advisor and he was awesome. Told him about the transmission issue and said he would get it looked at. Kept me updated through out the whole process, came back with a diagnostic and solution quick . Went through with the repairs and the techs did a great job my truck is running smooth again. Have gone to other dealers before but this Chevrolet location has the best service I’ve experienced before! More

I have been with this dealership through all the purchase of my 5 vehicles. Their service is number 1! They have the most knowledgeable service people especially Joe! I no longer live in the area. Advertised false price, tired to add $4k once we arrived. Spent 8-10 hours before settling on advertised price. We were promised 2 keys then lied to and ignored fo1.5 months. Finally promised 2nd key only Spent 8-10 hours before settling on advertised price. We were promised 2 keys then lied to and ignored fo1.5 months. Finally promised 2nd key only to have my wife drive 1.5 hours to pick up key and have 1st free oil change done. 5 hours of being told Sierra can't find paperwork before key FINALLY handed over. My father raced Covettes with factory sponsorship in the 50's & 60's and I have been a GM guy my whole life. Terrible customer experience. More
