I've worked for Ferman BMW/Mini since March 2011. I have been a BMW Service Advisor, BMW Client Advisor and currrently serving as a Finance Manager since October 2016. Prior to coming to Ferman, I was a BMW Service Advisor at another local BMW Dealership for over 4 years. Additionally, I am a retired U.S. Marine Master Sergeant who served 20 years of loyal and faithful service. We had a great experience with Ferman Mini to trade in our car and get a brand new Mini Copper S in the exact color combination we wanted. They kept updating us on the new car delivery time. Manny and Tim our car and get a brand new Mini Copper S in the exact color combination we wanted. They kept updating us on the new car delivery time. Manny and Tim went above and beyond to deliver the right car for us. Our car order were on it's way from Europe and the ETA was like the second week of January but they got a car with same configuration and with a better sound system and they called us first if want to check that one out. We got a good deal on it so we got my wife's dream car way earlier than what we expected. We also received an excellent service from Joe in the finance department and got significant assistance navigating in the different package choices to get the right one that fits for our needs. More
