I've worked for Ferman BMW/Mini since March 2011. I have been a BMW Service Advisor, BMW Client Advisor and currrently serving as a Finance Manager since October 2016. Prior to coming to Ferman, I was a BMW Service Advisor at another local BMW Dealership for over 4 years. Additionally, I am a retired U.S. Marine Master Sergeant who served 20 years of loyal and faithful service. I bought a Mini from Bob Annis in 2019 and knew we would get a good deal from Ferman. Our out the door cost was less than we were offered elsewhere so we drove 4 hours to pick it up. It was sitting at the front door clean and ready, paperwork was ready for signature and after we got help from Doug the car was set up and we were on the way home. ❤️ my Mini!! Thank you everyone!!
