We sold our car to this dealership and it was a rather complicated case (with a loan still outstanding on the car and a co-signed out of state) yet they didn’t give up on us, gave us a fair price, and frankly, most importantly, maintained constant communication with us during the entire process — so kind and reassuring a very grateful for this level of customer service! Zero star worthy place. I tried to figure out and talk through with employees the issue, but was ghosted many times. Honestly I warn anyone who is going to be selling their car here. I gave this business many opportunities to make it right. Sold my car March 23, 2024 and didn't get my check until May 16, 2024 after they assured I would get my check within two weeks. They spelled my name wrong on the check so could not cash it, when I went to pick it up again it was locked in the office because an employee left it there, and then an employee took my check home so when I came to pick it up he said he left it at home. A manager promised a giftcard for all the "hassle" and "terrible experience" which obviously I never got. Manager Matt never followed up. I am so happy that two of my colleagues and friends took my advice and didn't go here for business. More
