It was disappointing because communication was fast when my advisor needed to know what repairs I wanted to approve but then lacked after. It gave the impression they just wanted my money. Then during checkout I was told about the credit/debit fee when I arrived and was never provided a link. I did appreciate the uber service and the willingness to call my Ubers. More
