Service Rep did not communicate clearly. Appt 7am - asked when car will be ready was told lunch time. For me that is between 12pm and 1pm. Got a service email estimate noting a promised ti Appt 7am - asked when car will be ready was told lunch time. For me that is between 12pm and 1pm. Got a service email estimate noting a promised time of 6:30pm. That was the second unclear change communication. Called for status around 12:30pm, was kept on hold for 3-5 minutes. Was then of by the rep they were having issues with the upload, I guess the reason for the delay. Did not receive any communication about delays or issues. Received text at 2:48pm car was ready. Asked for clarification of work completed. Received “Yup! All services done.” Made my own arrangements for a ride..Picked up car after 4pm. Requested a car wash, which was not done well. Experiencing issues with the radio, hope the upload was done properly. Was not having issues before. Will follow up if it continues. More

Jin did his best to accommodate me and fixing my vehicle AC. Archer could improve scheduling aspect. I got to the appointment last week and found out that Peter had quit. Jin said they would have to keep AC. Archer could improve scheduling aspect. I got to the appointment last week and found out that Peter had quit. Jin said they would have to keep my vehicle for several days because they were so far behind. Someone should have called me to tell me this. When scheduling, the service department should let customer know in advance if they cannot service the vehicle the same day. More
