I called that morning to see if they had the vehicle I was looking for in stock. Jim had the vehicle pulled up to the front ready for me to look at. He was very knowledgeable with the vehicle. I was very comfortable and never felt pressured to buy. When I decided to purchase, I was introduced to Leo in finance who answered all of my questions thoroughly. The dealer administration (Tony) and sales staff (Jim) and finance (Mike) all worked together to make the sales experience very positive for both my wife and myself. The dealership was able to locate just the right combination of Jeep features for our new car in a matter of hours within local inventory.
