One negative observation. I arrived at 7:23 AM for a 7:40 AM appointment. The garage door was partially elevated. I waited a minute or so, then exited my automobile and wal I arrived at 7:23 AM for a 7:40 AM appointment. The garage door was partially elevated. I waited a minute or so, then exited my automobile and walked into the facility and told three people that I was there for a 7:40 AM appt. I was informed that they did not open until 7:30 AM then walked back to my and waited until the door was opened at 7:30 AM. After the door was opened and after I drove in, all went smoothly. My complaint: Where is civility, common courtesy, customer appreciation? If my schedule were not tight for the week, I would have gone elsewhere for servicing of my vehicle. The servicing and your representative afterward were superb. More
